Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes un-anticipated event happens in everyone’s life. It is our desire to be effective and fair to all  our clients and therapists.  In order to do that, a 24 hour notice  is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% for the service reserved.  We will charge for the full amount of the service reserve for no show. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.  

A credit card is needed to secure appointments requiring for all appointment. 100% will be charged to your credit card for cancelations with less than a 24-hour cancelation notice.  We will charge your card for the full service for no show.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session
